About the event

An evening of meditation, painting, journaling, collaging and community in a fun, creative and supportive environment! We will gather together to intentionally vision, imagine and create our 2024 vision boards! Light snacks and tea provided. Participants are encouraged to bring any magazine cut outs that speak to them. All supplies are provided within the workshop fee.

Sunday March 24th, 10:30am: Join me online with Unity Kitchener!

Come Unity!!!!:  Join Mel for reflections on being and working in community over the past 25 years, and 5 things (though truly there are many) that Mel wishes they had understood sooner.  Weaving together story, poetry and meditation, an invitation to reimagine your own relationship with Community and yourself as community.

Sunday May 24th, 1-3pm: Creative processes are powerful spaces for imagination, creativity, curiosity and wonder to become more present in our body, inviting us deeper back into our beings and feelings.  This workshop is a combination of breath, guided meditation, poetry and artistic expression using canvas, paint, markers and magazines.  Gather for creativity, community and connection, and draw from the gift of your own creative wisdom, as well as the power of being in creative community.  No artistic ability required.  Light snacks and tea provided.
